It is the basic policy that needs to be implemented by the organization to notify the employee that the entire employee must adapt with the policies. Thus, Apple Incorporation is no different in defining the discipline term to its organization. There are several discipline policies that being outline by Apple Inc.
Apple strictly addressed that the employee must give early notification before taking another jobs outside of Apple. If the employees had the other jobs than at Apple, there have several regulations that must be obey by the worker. One of example is that Apple has prohibited the using of any Apple facilities provided to the employee to be use outside of the Apple field, use the position on the Apple to influence to obtain the favored treatment (Business Conduct, 2015).
